Rongsheng Pays Tribute to Every Worker on May Day

Recently, in preparation for the International Workers’ Day and to enrich the leisure and cultural lives of employees while promoting their physical fitness, the Workers' Union of Rongsheng held the 21st Staff Sports Games Table Tennis Competition at the Staff Sports Activity Center. Over 50 employees from 9 grassroots trade unions within the company participated in the competition.

The competition was divided into three categories: men's singles, women's singles, and team events. On the court, the participating players displayed their agility and skill with straight pushes, horizontal blocks, side spins, and flat hits. The small ping pong ball soared through the air, drawing arcs under the swift swings of their rackets, and earning cheers and applause from the audience.

As Rongsheng has been restructured and established for 21 years, the Staff Sports Games have also been held for 21 sessions, attracting active participation from workers of all ages. These games have helped cultivate qualities such as self-transcendence, courage to face challenges, and teamwork spirit. By continuously organizing more colorful activities, workers have enhanced their team cohesion and enriched the cultural lives of employees, thereby improving their sense of belonging and happiness. This, in turn, has motivated all cadres and employees to work with higher spirits, stronger physique, and pragmatic style, making new contributions to the company's high-quality development.

During the International Workers’Day, we did not slack off at all.

Employees from production units such as the well control plant, the open-source plant, the foundry and forging plant, the machine and pump plant, and the technical development department, who are involved in key contracts and emergency projects, chose to stay at their posts and race against time. They worked tirelessly day and night, striving to increase production and meet deadlines, in order to ensure the efficient and high-quality progress of important domestic and foreign contracts. In doing so, they embodied the mission of Rongsheng to deliver quality products and services to our customers. These workers put the collective interests of the company above their own, and worked hard to ensure the steady progress of important contracts.

On this festival, every ordinary worker deserves our praise and respect!
