The BOP emergency shear control system is an intelligent emergency shear control device which is independent from the conventional hydraulic control. The system has an independent high-pressure shear capability, integrates the conventional hydraulic control data acquisition and analysis interface, intelligently diagnoses the state of the hydraulic control system, automatically identifies faults of the power system, and performs the emergency one-button shear function.The system integrates BOP control system digital interface, data remote interface, remote control interface, etc., with BOP control system digital and intelligent independent integration capabilities, to realize the rapid digital and intelligent upgrade of conventional hydraulic control, and improve the emergency safety guarantee ability.
Key Technology
The BOP emergency shear control system is a special control system for the shear BOP configuration, which can be used as a redundant backup system for the conventional hydraulic control shear function. It is equipped with a 5000psi (34.5MPa) high pressure shear accumulator group, and the accumulator capacity is matched according to the API 16D fast unloading calculation method.An emergency one-button shearing function enables quick and effective shut-in in the event of an emergency or primary control system failure.The system is equipped with a variety of data interfaces, with BOP and control system digital and intelligent independent integration capabilities, enabling rapid digital upgrading of conventional well control systems.
With the advance of oil and gas exploration and development to deep and ultra-deep layer, there are more and more drilling conditions with high pressure, high temperature and high corrosion, and the well control risk increases. It is required that the well control system must achieve rapid response, accurate operation, safe and reliable, and the well control equipment must realize automation and digitalization, with emergency redundancy.
Small remote control consoles dedicated to shear RAMS will be installed in pilot projects for pre-exploration Wells, high-pressure gas Wells and sulfur-bearing Wells in the New area. High-pressure, high-yield and high-sulfur Wells will gradually be equipped with one-button shut-in devices and dual controllers, and high-pressure gas cylinder auxiliary shut-in devices will be popularized.
