1. Gate valve
Gate valve is a kind of full-bore valve with single valve plate that can be used in double flanged or threaded connection, or used together with the actuator produced by the company.Its main features are as follows:

2. Safety Valve
Safety valve is a device consisting of actuator and gate valve used to control the main path and flanks of Christmas trees through remote hydraulic operation in order to ensure the safety of wellhead equipment. Main features of actuator are as follows:
● Single piston design and small displacement, making closing time short;
● Opening and closing state can be directly displayed by the apical axis on the top;
● The driver unit is design with sand prevention structure, which can prevent corrosion of wind and sand;
● Single-spring or double-spring structure (with shearing function) can be realized according to customer needs; the spring assembly is easy to be assembled with no need to use special tools;
● There is housing outside the spring, which can provide effective protection;
● Convenient for maintenance, the gate valve can be disassembled entirely for repair.
3. Choke
Chokes are mainly in threes structures: corbula-type (JFKL), pin-type (JFKZ) and fixed type (JFG). Chokes are mainly used on wellhead equipment, choke manifolds and other high-pressure pipelines; they can also be matched with other devices according to operating conditions and application requirements.
Corbula-type Choke
● Valve body and bonnet of chokes are forged and molded with reliable high-intensity and high toughness alloy steels;
● There is decompression valve on the valve body of throttles, so that operators can open the bonnet to release pressure safely;
● Pressure-controller parts are made from hard alloy, the valve cores are designed with pressure balance holes, so that the energy and swirling flow damages are eliminated through multiple pores form multiple directions, and the service life is lengthened and maintenance rate is reduced to a large extent.
● Non-rubber valve stem seals, making safety performance much higher;
● Wide throttle range, low noise and high wear resistance.
4. Pin-type Choke
● Valve body and bonnet of chokes are forged and molded with reliable high-intensity and high toughness alloy steels;
● There is decompression valve on the valve body of choke, so that operators can open the bonnet to release pressure in the cavity safely;
● Hard alloy pressure controller parts have higher wear and corrosion resistance performance and longer service life than pressure controller parts made from normal materials.
● The bonnet is made with special material and in special structure, so that it has high-pressure resistance, reliable sealing performance and long service life;
● Non-rubber valve stem seals, making safety performance much higher;
● Wide throttle range, low noise and high wear resistance.
● Simple structure, making application and maintenance convenient.
5. Fixed Choke
● Valve body and bonnet of chokes are forged and molded with reliable high-intensity and high toughness alloy steels, and have gone through proper thermal treatment. Besides, their strength is tested through water pressure test according to relevant standards before leaving factory in order to ensure their safe and reliable operation under working pressure;
● There is decompression valve on the valve body of choke, so that operators can open the bonnet to release pressure safely;
● Hard alloy pressure controller parts has higher wear and corrosion resistance performance and longer service life than pressure controller parts made from normal materials;
● Simple structure, making application and maintenance convenient.

6. Fracturing valve
Fracturing valve is a high pressure, large diameter rising stem parallel gate valve. It is mainly used for productivity testing, acidification, fracturing and gas production after drill .It includes manual valve with ball screw labor-saving mechanism and hydraulic valve that can be operated remotely by hydraulic control.
● Metal-to-metal sealings are used for body-to-bonnet and gate-to-seat to guarantee the high sealing reliability and service life.
● The stem and seat seal matrix is made of non-rubber composite material, can resistant high pressure and corrosion. It is inlaid with corrosion-resistant spring to effectively realize low pressure sealing .
● The gate and seat surface are sprayed with hard alloy, which has higher wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
● Manual valve adopts ball screw labor-saving mechanism to effectively reduce the valve opening and closing torque.
● The hydraulic valve adopts hydraulic actuators, which can realize remote control and quick opening and closing of the valve.
● A function of supplying sealing grease through the injection fitting on the upper and lower bonnet can improve the sealing and operating performance of the valve.
● The design of balance stem can reduce operating force, and open/shut state of valve can be observed.
