Technical description
▶ Gear pair. Integral herringbone gear transmission, high transmission torque, stable operation.
▶ Frame. It is welded from steel plates and annealed after welding. Necessary oil pools and passages are provided in the frame.
▶ Crankshaft. Fully balanced forged and welded crankshaft, with light weight and stable operation. Both ends of the crankshaft are equipped with double row centripetal spherical roller bearings.
▶ Gear shaft. It is an alloy steel forging with herringbone teeth machined on the shaft. Both ends of the shaft can be equipped with a transmission device.
▶ Cross head. It is integrally cast with ductile iron and has good wear resistance.
▶ Lubrication system. The workover pump adopts both forced lubrication and splash lubrication. It has a built-in gear oil pump.
▶ Hydraulic cylinder. It is made of alloy steel forging, with I-type structure.
▶ Valve assembly. Configure API-7K standard valve.
Optional configuration
▶ Spray system. The centrifugal pump of RS-W440/446/447 provides coolant to the cylinder liner. It can be driven by a pulley on the workover pump’s drive shaft or independently by an electric motor. W-447C is a plunger pump equipped with an independent plunger lubrication system.
▶ Discharge dampener. It is a spherical pre pressure discharge dampener with 25L volume. It can reduce discharge pressure fluctuation.
▶ Safety valve. There are two options, shear pin safety valve and spring return safety valve.
